**EDITS DOWN BELOW**

I am in the process of making this site a bit more user friendly. Hopefully, the alphabetical index will help someone who might be thinking of seeing a particular film, but would like to first see it's ratings. Though, if I were you, I'd just click on any of the 3.5 or above ratings and choose from there...but that's just me.

Thanks!
Erin

Tell No One

A surprise all around, never heard of it, but it came highly recommended from 2 reliable sources, and did not disappoint.

Last Chance Harvey

Painfully embarrassing at moments, you know, the kind that makes you squirm for the character, but charming as well.

Sherlock Holmes

Wow, great chemistry between Sherlock & Watson, and enthralling plot.

Food, Inc.

Did not quite finish it, not because it was boring or disturbing, but because we started it at 9pm on a week night; so I will finish this documentary on our meat & produce someday.

Brothers

With the acting trio of Natalie, Tobey and Jake how could one possibly go wrong!?

The Invisible

On the lines of a teen flick, but enjoyable none the less.

Bruno

Best watched while drinking and needle pointing, in my experience.

Love in the Time of Cholera

I think there was a lack of chemistry between actors.

The Men Who Stare at Goats

This, on the other hand, was a slight let down, funny, clever, unique, but just missing that extra something.

The Proposal

Did not let down; I heard from many that this was not just your ordinary chick flick, and that male and female alike found joy in this film, to repeat TBS, very funny.

Confessions of a Shopaholic

Just a good, cutsie, carefree, chickflick.

I Love You, Man

Hil-arious, just a very upbeat, well-plotted comedy with some good chemistry between actors.

Tuesday, October 20, 2009

The Brothers Bloom

Wow, how unexpected, did not remember even hearing about this one in the theaters, and it was phenomenal, cute, entertaining, clever and funny.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

Better than the 3rd X-Men, Wolverine is still hot, lots of open ends therefore lots of potential for never ending X-Men movies!

The Invention of Lying

Great concept, ok production.

Sunshine Cleaning

Was lead to believe it was more a comedy then it turned out to be...but fantastic as is.

Run Fatboy Run

So silly.

Alien's vs. Monster's

Shockingly cute and hilarious.

Thursday, September 10, 2009

The Soloist

Thought provoking, and beautiful, but I do wish good ol' Stanley Kubrick could have been around to make this one...

Saturday, September 05, 2009

Little Children

A bizarre and uniquely done film worth watching, on the lines of Unfaithful: affairs, criminal activity, etc.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall

A reliably funny comedy.

Monday, August 31, 2009

Inglorious Bastards

Surprisingly wonderful, creative, and enrapturing, even with all the gore.

Wednesday, August 12, 2009

Body of Lies

Talk about slow, I fell asleep for the middle hour and woke up to almost no plot progression.

Sunday, August 09, 2009

Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist

Despite the slight high school aged audience appeal, I loved it.

Wednesday, July 29, 2009

Rachel Getting Married

Quite a somber film, seemed like my type, but not quite right.

Saturday, July 25, 2009

Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince

Phenomenal, of course, never ever want it to end...

Sunday, July 19, 2009

The House Bunny

Fine & cute.

Twilight

Not nearly as horrid as everyone said, I was told NOT to watch this film, but got everything out of it one could expect and hope for in a teen vampire love flick.

Monday, June 29, 2009

Wall-E

Very cute and a bit deep for a children's movie, huh?

Monday, June 22, 2009

The Hangover

A funnier, more realistic version of "Dude Where's My Car".

Sunday, June 21, 2009

The Promotion

Very short, cute, funny and enjoyable.

Thursday, May 28, 2009

Tropic Thunder

Interesting/impressive cast, and very original plot.

Friday, May 22, 2009

Quantum of Solace

Very action-y, kind of pointless, but Craig got better looking.

Tuesday, April 21, 2009

Role Models

I don't know her name, but that woman is funny - can't BS a BSer.

Sunday, April 05, 2009

Slumdog Millionare

Quite a good film, but not Best Picture.

Saturday, March 28, 2009

Disturbing Behavior

One of those films you want to see as a teen, and probably would have loved as a teen, but are just stupid when watched in adulthood.

National Treasure: Book of Secrets

Not as good as the first one, but a fun film if you feel like a goofy, action flic.

Things We Lost in the Fire

A beautiful movie which seems as though you should be sad the entire time, but you're kind of not?

Friday, March 20, 2009

The Diving Bell and the Butterfly

Very thought-provoking throughout the entire film, a bit sad maybe.

Saturday, February 28, 2009

Saw II

Just as disturbing and fascinating as number one...I like that these movies aren't too long.

Wednesday, February 11, 2009

Taken

Liam can play a real bad-ass, loved it.

Monday, February 02, 2009

Made of Honor

I enjoy a good slap-stick film or a good "girly" film, but I do not enjoy one that cannot decide between the two.

Down To You

I never felt the love, but maybe this is a more real life relationship example.

Sunday, January 18, 2009

Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights

Not sure of the title, but not important, no one needs to see this film.

Don't Mess with the Zohan

Another silly one, stupid, pointless, etc. but still entertaining.

Harold & Kumar: Guantanamo Bay

Just silly, plain flat silly, and these characters have charisma.

Son of Rambow

As cute and creative as expected.

Valkyrie

Don't count this one out: just because you don't like a person, doesn't mean they are a bad actor, unfortunately.
